How to lend BNB or BUSD
First, we'll answer a few questions.
How does a user become a lender and what are iBNB and iBUSD?
When a lender provides BNB or BUSD to the bank, they receive the corresponding amount of iBNB or iBUSD tokens. These tokens represent their shares of BNB or BUSD in our bank product which is also an interest-bearing asset.
What are the advantages of becoming a BNB or BUSD lender?
By providing BNB or BUSD to the bank (which is lent to yield farmers), the user is paid interest by BNB or BUSD borrowers in proportion to the amount they lent.

How to yield farm on leverage
We'll begin this by answering a few questions again.
Why would a user borrow BNB or BUSD from the bank?
By borrowing BNB or BUSD from the bank, yield farmers on Kalmar are able to increase the size of their farm positions up to 6 times. This, in turn, also increases their yield farming risk and returns by the same amount.
What does a user have to provide in order to borrow assets from the bank?
Any user who starts a leveraged yield farm on Kalmar's platform qualifies to borrow assets from the bank (via the leverage option)
How does a user start a yield farm on Kalmar?
Users have the options of which tokens they would like to provide to the leveraged yield farms on Kalmar - according to the token pair of their choice. Users will be required to provide one or both of the tokens in a token pair to be able to start farming.
For example, a user would like to start a farm of USDC/BUSD with $100 of value. The user has the options to provide the following to start the farm:
Option 1: $100 worth of USDC
Option 2: $100 worth of BUSD
Option 3: $100 worth of a mix of both USDC and BUSD tokens - not necessarily in a 50/50 manner.
TL;DR: If you are yield farming with a leverage of x1.5 or more on Kalmar, you are a borrower.

What else does Kalmar's Leveraged Yield Farming platform do for the borrowers?
Along with borrowing BNB or BUSD from the bank based on the amount of leverage the user picked, the smart contract also reinvests the returns received from the yield farming process hourly, therefore constantly increasing the position of the yield farmer.
