KALM Token Public Sale Procedure - IFO & NFT Fundraiser

With the launch of the KALM token being expected for a while now, we are more than happy to finally be able to share the date, platforms and overview of the launching event(s).

The date of the launch was set to May 27th, with two events taking place simultaneously:  IFO on PancakeSwap and Fundraiser on our NFT Fundraiser platform.

Option 1 - PancakeSwap IFO

Sale details

  • Sale start time: Approx. 1PM UTC on Thursday, May 27th
  • Amount to be raised: $2,500,000 USD
  • Tokens to be sold: 1,250,000 KALM (12.5% of the supply)
  • Price per token: $2.00 USD

After the IFO event ends, the KALM syrup pool and KALM/BNB farm will go live.

Option 2 - NFT Fundraiser

Sale details

  • Sale start time: Approx. 1PM UTC on Thursday, May 27th
  • Amount to be raised: $400,000 USD
  • Tokens to be sold: 200,000 KALM (2% of the supply)
  • Price per token: $2 USD
  • Total NFTs: 20,000 NFTs

Fundraiser Details

  • Min buy: $20 (1 NFT/10 KALM)
  • Max buy/tx: $400 (20 NFTs/200 KALM)
  • Levels of NFT rarity: 5

Rewards

  1. 1 Common NFT (19,919 total) = 10 KALM
  2. 1 Uncommon NFT (50 total) = 10 KALM + Kalmar Custom Hoodie
  3. 1 Rare NFT (25 total) = 10 KALM + Kalmar Custom Nike Air Force 1 07'
  4. 1 Very rare NFT (5 Total) = 10 KALM + iPhone 12
  5. 1 Legendary NFT (1 Total) = 10 KALM + $5,000 USD

Example

Mark is looking to participate in the fundraiser event with $200 USD, which will get him 10 NFTs. He deposits the funds in the fundraiser contract through the Kalmar platform and then waits for the fundraiser event to end.

Once the fundraiser event ends, Mark goes back on the fundraiser's page and claims his random NFTs.

After claiming, Mark got the following NFTs:

  1. 9 Common NFTs
  2. 1 Very rare NFT

Mark now can:

a) Burn his NFTs to claim the rewards, which would get him:
- 100 KALM tokens
- an iPhone 12

b) Sell the NFTs he does not want on the appropriate NFT marketplaces for someone else to buy

(anyone buying the NFTs from him can claim the rewards of the said NFT by burning it)

c) Keep the NFTs in his collection

(he can always go back to the fundraiser page to burn his NFT and claim the rewards for it)
